Based on the letter of the Vice Chancellor III for Student Affairs and Cooperation number: 685 / UN61.3 / AKPK / 2018 dated 17 May 2018, the request for a list of names for prospective students who receive scholarships / assistance for academic achievement improvement (PPA) 2018

For all FISIP students who wish to register, the requirements and files that must be prepared include:

1. Undergraduate students sit at the lowest in the second semester and the highest in the eighth semester

2. Photocopy of Student Identity Card (KTM)

3. Study Plan Card

4. Photocopy of Charter or Other Evidence of Achievement at the national and international levels

5. Statement of not receiving other scholarships from anywhere

6. Letter of Recommendation from the Vice Dean III (Student Affairs and Cooperation)

7. Photocopy of Family Card

8. Attach a photocopy of the grade transcript with a GPA of at least 3.25 which is validated by the head of the faculty study program

9. Certificate of incapacity (for students who are economically disadvantaged)

10. Photocopy of BNI Account Book which is still active in the name of the prospective recipient

All of the above documents must be sent to the Faculty Administration Section by Thursday 24 May 2018.
